Created a new income account. Not showing on P&L where it should be. New acct# is 651100. It is listing before acct# 1710000 and 651000. Want it to directly follow 651000. I tried making it a sub acct of #1, which these other two accounts are, no luc

Sounds like your chart of accounts is in the 'custom' sort mode.

Try returning it to the default sort mode:

- At the bottom of the Chart of Accounts window, pick Re-sort List from the Account button's list of options.

Thanks for your reply.  Peter_Mc  replied first and I followed his suggestion which solved my issue.  I appreciate your taking time to assist.
