Custom AR Aging report

Is there a way, and if so how, to customize an AR Aging report so that I am notified when an invoice reaches 45 days?

Custom AR Aging report

Thank you for making QuickBooks your business partner in handling finances, @Dave WR. It's my pleasure to help you run a report.

The notification for invoices in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. However, you can generate the Accounts receivable aging summary report and customize it to view the invoices that reach 45 days.

Here's how:

  1. On the Report page, enter the Accounts receivable aging summary.
  2. Select Customize, then click Aging.
  3. Under Days per aging period, enter the number of days you want.
  4. Click Run report.

Furthermore, if you want to export the report and other data from QuickBooks, visit this helpful guide for future reference: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reply in this thread if you have clarification on the AR aging report in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help!
