I have created a drop down custom field for invoices for the week of the year. We have weeks 1 - 52. We have assigned approximately 100 invoices with the options from the drop down on the custom field. I set up a report to view all invoices and added the custom field to the report. The information we entered for the custom fields is correct on the invoice but it is displaying totally different information in the report. For example, on one invoice we selected Week 32 in the custom field but on the invoice report, the field shows Week 13. How do I fix this or what might be wrong?

Let's perform basic troubleshooting to solve this. There are times when the browser is accessing old and corrupted temporary internet data. Thus, causing it to act weirdly.
We can clear them in just a few easy steps. Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
Once logged in, go back and run the report again. If it works, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

Thanks for this information. Logging in with an incognito window and also using a different internet browser did not work. I get the same results. Other users on our quickbooks also get this result when they run the report, as well. Do you have any other ideas to troubleshoot?
I appreciate you for doing the steps provided by my colleague above and for getting back to this thread, @zacharyfinken.
