I can help you create a report of billed items in QuickBooks Desktop, @Pancho.
You have the ability to run a Unbilled Cost by Job Report and personalize it to suit your needs.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop account.
- Go to Reports, then hover your mouse to Customers & Receivables. Then click on Unbilled Cost by Job.
- From there click on Show Filters at the top menu then, change the Billing Status from Unbilled to Billed.
At the moment, we don't have a particular report that allows us to present the items billed to the client and then group them by specific categories or types.
