QuickBooks lets you filter reports depending on your business needs. And, I can provide the steps on how to get an excel graph of daily, weekly, or monthly totals of an account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu, then choose the one you need (like Profit and Loss Standard).
- Click the Customize Report button, then Display.
- Choose a schedule from the Dates drop-down list.
- Choose Day from the Display columns by.
- Click OK.
I've tried these steps and this is the result.
To view totals of one account:
- Go back to the Customize Report button, then Filters.
- Choose Account from the Filter section, then specify the account.
- Click OK.
Once done, you can export the report to Excel to get a copy of the data. You also have the option to memorize it so you won't have to go through the customization process again.
