custom reports

I downgraded our account to the most basic account - I am no longer able to save custom reports - is this a feature?

custom reports

A refinement to my problem - I can modify and save a standard report as a custom report.

 

I cannot however edit and save a previously saved custom report - I have custom reports that currently reference "last Month"  - If nearing month end I want to change that to this month - I can do it - BUT if I attempt to save it either to the same name or a different name i get the message "You do not have access to use this.".
