I am interested in running a few reports with a few specific revenue and expense categories REMOVED from the report. One in particular would be a standard P&L, but I am not sure how to run it by removing specific line items from each...can I pick and choose which ones to remove from a report?

Thank you!

Yes, you can do this by filtering the report. Add the Account filter and select all but the desired accounts.

Thanks BigRed. What I don't understand is HOW to remove specific line items from within the sales category for example.  I am running these reports to complete an asset sale of part of my company, and the buyers want a P&L with specific categories within the sales category removed For example, there are about 10 items that make up my various different services my company has, and I see how I can run a report without including sales, but not individual sales subcategories.

Does that make sense?
