I need a report, like I used to be able to get before upgrading to QB Premier 2023. I used to go to customer center, then transactions and it would  bring the list of customers in order and list both their invoices and payments. Now they are either all mixed together in order by date or just the invoices or just the received payments. I need the report to show Customer along with dates, invoice number and amount and payments, type of payment, date and amount. In chronological order.

Hello there, @OrangeInc. I know a report that shows customers' transactions in order.

When you navigate to the Transactions tab from the Customer Center, you'll see listings for Invoices, Estimates, Sales Orders, etc. Alternatively, I suggest running the Transaction List by Customer report so you can get the data you want. I'll show you how:

  1. Open the Reports menu.
  2. Go to Customers & Receivables.
  3. Select Transaction List by Customer to open the report.

That should do it! If you'd like to make some edits to the report content, see this guide: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

And once everything is good, feel free to check out this additional link about monthly reconciliation. This helps you fix any differences between the bank and QuickBooks balance.

You already know where to look for further assistance if you have other concerns about reports or QuickBooks in general. Have a nice day ahead!
