The Customer info isn't showing up in the Customer Column on a Credit Card Transaction Report. Even though there is data when looking at the underlying expense. Do you know how to fix this? Screenshot of the Report & an underlying expense attached.
Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the report and expense transaction, LLBooks1.
Can you also tell us the name of the report that you opened before the Transaction Report page? I just want to check if we have the same result in my account.
There are also times that browser issues can cause unexpected results or hide data when looking for a specific information. I'll share some steps on how to resolve this just in case it's the reason why the name is not populating in the Customer column.
First, access your QBO account in a private or incognito window. You can also use other browsers if you have a different option on your computer. Use these keyboard shortcuts on how to start an incognito browsing session:
Second, go back to the report and check if you can already see the customer's name in the Customer column. If you're able to do that, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks.

However, I tried the same method with other Account Types (Bank, some Accruals) as well as the P&L and the information shows correctly. I'm hoping there is a solution as it's so odd that CC's (as Expenses) wouldn't show that information and all other relevant accounts would.
Thank you again.
I appreciate you getting back, LLBooks1. Let me share some insights while you're running your report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The system will display the names on your report once they're added to the header section. Based on your screenshot, I can see that the customer is entered in the line item field. It's the reason why the names don't reflect on your report.
While this is how QuickBooks works with reports, I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to let them know about the feature needed. This way, they can consider it in the coming updates.
