Customer Complaining of "Your Invoice is Ready!" Invoice Message

Quickbooks Online customer is reporting that their invoice emails are going out with a message saying "Your Invoice Is Ready!"

This is NOT the default message in their invoice settings and they would NEVER choose to send an email with such an unprofessional subject.

Quickbooks will suggest that we all "send our feedback" to the development team to ask that they REMOVE THIS FEATURE THAT THEY JUST ARBITRARILY IMPLEMENTED LAST MONTH. But this does need to be reversed quickly because the realization that their invoices are suddenly going out with this message was the final straw for our last customer using Quickbooks for invoicing and if it's not fixed by the end of the month they will be migrating to new program and unsubscribing from Quickbooks altogether.

So FYI, Quickbooks users should be aware that as of a couple weeks ago, the default email message on all your invoices and invoice reminders is currently "Your Invoice Is Ready!" regardless of your chosen invoice message settings and if you don't want to send an unprofessional message, you may want to hold your invoices until this is fixed or spend your precious time invoicing manually through your email.

Customer Complaining of "Your Invoice is Ready!" Invoice Message

You’ve hit on something that many QBO users are very upset about — QuickBooks Online’s AI (Intuit Assist) is now overriding the invoice email subject line, often with phrases like “Your Invoice Is Ready!”, even when you already set a different default. Try Turn off AI Suggested Subject (per invoice / globally if possible), Send feedback to Intuit / escalate.

I think it's very unprofessional too and have been struggling to try and figure out where to go to change this. It's awful that they think this is even appropriate. The alternative is to email the invoice to myself and then resend it to the customer. WHAT A PAIN! UGH!
