customer email address

in the profile customer email is correct.  When I go to send an invoice an old email address appears  How do i correct

Good morning wdemarzo,


I’m happy to share how the email addresses are saved in the invoice and in the customer's profile.


When you first enter an email in the invoice or any transaction and change it in the customer’s profile later on, the saved won’t update.


To correct this, you have to manually update the email in the invoice transaction.


Please follow the steps I’ve outlined below:

  1. Click Customers at the top, then choose Customer Center.
  2. Double-click the customer’s name.
  3. Update the email address.
  4. Click OK.
