I recognize the importance of having the option to include a Customer message column in an invoice report in QuickBooks Desktop. However, it is currently not possible to include it in an Open Invoice report.
While the specific option you mentioned isn't available, I recommend sending feedback to our development team so that they can include it in a future update.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the Send Feedback Online option.
- Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
- Enter your feedback suggestion.
- Click the Send Feedback button.
Your suggestion will then be reviewed by our engineers alongside the feature requests of other users.
