Delete a credit memo. Not void. Delete

It's totally possible.  I just did it... twice. 

Open the invoice.

At the very bottom of the screen It will have (in blue lettering) Make Recurring | More.

Click More

Click Delete.

1. On the left menu, hover over Sales and choose All Sales.
2. Search for the credit memo you want to delete and click the Edit button on its ACTION column.
3. Click the More option at the bottom and select the Delete option.
4. Hit Yes to confirm the deletion.

Please ensure before deleting, as this action cannot be undone. Deleting a credit memo will remove it permanently from your account's records.

You can also consider applying credit memos or delayed credits in QuickBooks Online.
