delete reconciled report

Hello there, @yukiyuki. I got here the steps to help you delete a reconciliation report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To start, I'll share some information about this process. In QBDT, the option to delete a reconciliation report is unavailable. To remove it, you need to undo the reconciliation of that account. Once done, the program will also delete that reconciliation report for that account for a given period.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select Reconcile.
  2. Next, in the Account field, choose the account you created a reconciliation report by mistake.
  3. Then, click Undo Last Reconciliation.
  4. Select Continue and click OK.

For reference, proceed to Step 3 of this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Desktop.

QBDT also gives you the option to perform an off-cycle reconciliation that you can use in case there are reconciled transactions that show up as unreconciled. For a detailed steps, read this article: Reconcile previously deleted and re-entered checking or credit card transactions.

You can always count on me if you have other concerns about managing your reconciliation reports. Just post a comment below and I'll get back to help you.
