You can only delete a customer message in QuickBooks Desktop one at a time. Thus, the option to bulk delete these messages are not yet available.
I'll make sure to raise this idea to our product developers so they may consider adding this option to our future product updates.
In the meantime, I want you to be updated with the new features added in the software, you can check the New Features option in QuickBooks Desktop.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Click New Features.
- Choose either New Feature Tour or What's New.
