Buy nowRE: "pay from one page at a time."
One page? I wonder what that means? One doesn't pay pages of bills, but instead pays bills.
I don't know why you'd be limited in the number of vendor bills you can pay with one check. That doesn't really make sense to me, especially when you can pay literally as many as you can imagine needing with QB Desktop (probably 100's at once, or more). Maybe this is another one of those hard-to-fathom QB Online limitations I keep seeing here on the forum.
Yes, this seems to be an Online problem. When you go to pay bills they are listed 50 per page, then you go to the next page for more. When I try to go to the Next Page to continue to select the bills I want to pay I get the following message - If you leave this page, you’ll lose your selections. Tip: Since you can pay bills from just one page at a time, try filtering first. Continue anyway?
Wow, that's pretty awful.
As I know, that is the batch bill payment limitation on QBO. You can sign up for a separate free Melio account to integrate with QBO and pay your bills for free via ACH to lower your cost. But it also limits a maximum of 20 bills to process. This means that if you want to pay for 50 bills, you may need to repeat the process twice.
