Hi there, @anton3.
Yes, you can set up ACH payments to pay your bills through our partnership with Bill Pay. Please know that this feature is only available to users with Online Bill Pay in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you'd want to sign-up for Online Bill Pay, you can visit the Online Bill Pay page. Also, you can check this article for more detailed steps on how to do it and connect your bank account: Sign up for Online Bill Pay.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear with my question: do I need ACH payment service active in my Chase bank account? It has $25 monthly fee so if QB does it through Bill.com I’d rather cancel ACH with Chase.
Bill.com offers two payment options; e-payment and ACH, @anton3.
If you use this service, you can just create a bill and process the ACH transaction. Then, it automatically records the bill payment once the payment goes through. Unlike when using Chase ACH, you'll have to manually create a bill and bill payment each time you pay one.
For more information about the Bill.com service, check out this article: Bill.com.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. I'm always here to help.
To clarify there’s no need for Chase ACH Payment Services to be active in order for Bill.com ACH transfers to work?
