Does anybody know how to talk to somebody at Green Dot bank? They canceled a payment and the quickbooks side is the worst service I've experienced. They know zero.

I had a large payment to a vendor. It was cancelled and all I got was this: The ARG Group LLC’s $***,***.xx payment to XXXXXXXXXXXX has failed. How do I fix this? Go to your QuickBooks account and try to reschedule this payment using a different payment delivery method from your vendor. Or contact your vendor to let them know that you'd like to pay digitally via QuickBooks and will need their payment details. Then, reschedule the payment. Is this common?

Welcome to the Community, arg1.

To verify my understanding, are you trying to send a payment to one of your vendors? This information will help me better understand what's going on.

If you're looking to get in touch with Green Dot, you'll be able to find their contact info on their website.

I'll be looking forward to your reply. Have an awesome day!

Yes, I'm trying to send a payment.  Melio Payments told me quickbooks rejected it.

is it because it is over a limit for checks?  It isn't a balance issue, there is plenty.  It was a 6 figure check. Their online chat help is the worst and wanted me to go to bill.com for help.

Hello arg1,

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks offer Bill Pay powered by Melio which is why they were directing you to converse with Bill.com. Therefore if there is a limit, you would need to speak with them so QuickBooks wouldn't reject the payments. If you prefer you can process it directly through Melio for the payments instead.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I will be here to help you. I hope you have a good day.
