To ensure QuickBooks will only record the transactions from Amazon, you'll have to activate Amazon invoicing. Doing this helps streamline your accounting processes and makes it easier to manage your Amazon sales within QuickBooks.
Once you create an invoice from Amazon, it will flow directly into your QuickBooks account.

I'm here to help create an invoice so you'll have a smooth transition on your QuickBooks task.
Once you integrate QuickBooks Online into Amazon, you can create an invoice from both programs. However, the best way to create one is from your Amazon since the transactions flow directly to QuickBooks.
From there, you can review all your Amazon sales on the Banking page. To do so, click the Banking page, then select Banking. Select your Amazon account. Then, go to the For review tab.

I would need an individual invoice for every single order on Amazon, because when a custom requests one, I need to supply an invoice.
Can QB do that? Because if not I will activate invoice services from Amazon. But I want to avoid that Quickbooks is creating an invoice and Amazon is creating an invoice and in the end I have two invoices for one order.
