I understand that you want to change the language for your QuickBooks Online (QBO). And, I'm here to help update this for you in the system.
The change language setting is only available in QuickBooks Online International versions. Hence, there are two ways you can perform to update the language.
You can follow the steps below to change language settings within your QBO account.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Accounts and settings.
- Select the Advanced menu, then go to the Language section.
- Click the pencil icon to edit, and then choose the desired language from the drop-down.
- Click Save, and then Done when you're ready.
Alternatively, you can change the language in QBO using the language settings of the browser.
Change language settings in Google Chrome
- At the upper-right of the opened browser, select the vertical ellipsis ⋮.
- Click Settings, then Languages.
- From the Language drop-down, select Add languages.
- Choose the language you want to use, then select Add.
- Select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ beside the language and then Display Google Chrome in this language checkbox.
For other browsers, visit the Microsoft Forms website to update the language settings.
