Buy nowYesterday quickbooks forced us to restart the bant account.
After that, I saw that there was nothing categorised and all was "for review".
I finished categorizing 280 movements but when I downloaded the P&L detail report, I see that almost everything is duplicated.
But then again, another weird thing is, when I put for example "51.25" in the serach bar of quickbooks, which is a unique expense we have, only appears once so I can't "delete" the duplicated one.
Why it is duplicating everything in the report and why I can't see the duplicated values inside quickbooks.
Hi there, @Emiliano Toffoli.
Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community for support. I hope you're having a great day so far.
It sounds like you might have some browser-related issues causing the duplicates. With that said, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to see if this helps clear them.
Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your transactions being duplicated. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.
Please let me know if you continue to have issues with your transactions being duplicated. I'm always around to lend a hand. Have a good one!
I just saw that the account with the problem, according to Quickbooks, was created automatically by Wise. Check the screenshot attached, please.
Can you help me understand why this happened? Is it safe to go to the "Chart of Accounts" and deactivate the account since I didn't created it manually? Becuase that's the reason I'm getting duplicated values when downloading a P&L detailed report. When I tried deactivating it, it says the following message,
"This account has a non-zero balance. Inactivating this account will cause an adjusting transaction to be created. Is this OK?"
and that's why im asking before making a bigger mess. Because all the transactions made inside that account, are already reflected in another account.
Thanks in advance!
Before taking any actions that may affect your account, it’s best to investigate the specific circumstances surrounding the duplication issue to ensure a smooth resolution, Emiliano.
Have you tested the solution provided by my peer above? Also, did you try logging in to other supported browsers to see if you get the same results?

Yes, I've tried what you mentioned before. I also tried contacting support but says that there weren't humans and to post in the forum (I did request human help in the supporting hours).
I will try again but just a clarification: I said "duplicated transactions". They aren't literally duplicated, the thing is the report is bringing me 2 type of "Cash and cash equivalents" accounts, one called "Cash and cash equivalents" (this one is the only one that should appear) and "Wise EUR f*****" and this last one aparently was created automatically I don't know why. Just wanted to clarify that. Thank you.
