Hi there, Gingerdale. Are you sending reports to a large company, or are the reports appearing as sent, but the recipient never receives them? The receiver may have multi-layered security filters that often flag emails from QuickBooks. You can have them check their spam or junk folder, or contact them to unblock or add QuickBooks emails as a safe sender.
In the meantime, export the report to PDF or Excel and email it to your recipient using your personal email.
If the send button doesn't respond, log in to QuickBooks and generate reports in an incognito or private browser window to rule out browser-specific issues, utilizing the program on a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers for better compatibility.
You can also review the Audit Log to confirm delivery and double-check your email preferences.
