Email to customer service

Good morning, @olssonkar

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community.

Do you need the Intuit email address for extra support, or have you received an email you're unsure about? Intuit has many emails that will come to you for different reasons. Such as notifying you of payments and deposits for your merchant account, letting you know about price changes, changing your password, etc.

Here are a couple of guides that include many different emails and what they are used for:

If you're looking for extra support, please feel free to let me know how I can help. I'm always happy to lend a hand at any time.

However, if you prefer to speak with our live Customer Service Team, I recommend starting a chat support session, or you can schedule a callback. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Choose either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or click on Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Remember, I'm only a reply away if you have any additional questions or concerns. Have a good one!
