It's been a long time annoyance that when I click email on a sales order, I can't click on anything else in QB or Outlook until the email is either sent or deleted. Has anyone found a way around this?
Thanks!
John

Good morning Madelyn,
Thank you for your reply. Let me give you some clarifying details:
I can email sales orders just fine. I ran the tool hub as you suggested, no issues discovered. What I am sure I'm experiencing is an annoying nature of the product that looks easy enough for your team to fix.
The problem is this: when I email a sales order to a customer, once the email is created I am unable to access any other window in QB or Outlook until I push Send. QB was programmed to lock us out of QB and Outlook until that email is sent. I am asking you to change the program. It has been this way for the full 20 years that we've used it, and makes my ability to communicate with customers more difficult.
Thank you.
Thanks for getting back and adding a clarification, @John at CSC.
Upon checking, I can verify that we're getting the same result. Once you're in the process of emailing sales receipts, QuickBooks won't allow you to click any menus until it's completely sent.
