Estimates not showing rows when open

QuickBooks Online doesn't have an option that hides or removes the rows in your estimate, dajja.

Let's try to adjust your browser's zoom settings to check if part of the page may be cut off. You can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) key repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller. Ctrl and the plus (+) key will zoom in and make the page larger.

You can also hold the Ctrl key down then move the mouse wheel forward or back. This will work on any page that is either too big or too small.

However, if rows aren't still showing, you can use a private window to access your QuickBooks Online account. This will help us isolate the issue because this mode will not save site data. Check out these short cut keys.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the accumulated junk files. You can also try switching to a different browser.

You can convert an estimate into an invoice after your customer accepts it. Please check out this article for your future reference: Convert An Estimate Into An Invoice.
