It is March of 2023 and This thread is from 2021:
"I'm also having an issue with the estimates & progress invoicing summary report. My report is showing partially invoiced estimates that have never been invoiced. I tried your advice to run transaction list by customer and indeed there are no invoices attached to the customers although the report shows them being partially invoiced. I also checked the audit trail report to see if by chance someone created then deleted an invoice at some point. There is no record of an invoice ever being recorded from the estimate. Yet the report shows otherwise."
Well, I have the same problem. Since 2021, has anyone figured out (Including Intuit) on how to fix this? My boss is hollering mad because I suggested doing the invoicing this way and seeing the progress on this report. Thanks.
Roberta

We are having this issue as well.
Thanks for joining the thread, @wp85.
Upon checking here on my end, there seem to be no ongoing issues similar to the one mentioned above. Let's perform some basic browser troubleshooting to ensure this has nothing to do with your browser. Please know that sometimes temporary internet files such as cache and cookies can speed up the performance of your browser. Too many of them can also affect your experience when using QBO.
To get you started, you'll want to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in an incognito or private browser. You can use these shortcut keys:
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Command+Shift+N
Once you're in, try to run the report. If it works and the partially invoiced estimates doesn't appear, you can clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can access your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the problem. See this article for more information: QuickBooks Online Support.
Moreover, I've got this article to help you keep your current report settings inside QBO: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
@wp85, you're always welcome to post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns or need help accomplishing specific tasks inside QuickBooks. I'll be here, ready to assist you. Take care, and have a nice day.
Hi Kurt,
Yes, I've tried all of your suggestions and my browser is working fine. I've given up on this issue. We are looking into other accounting software. QBO has way too many issues. I believe May 25th an investigation into this issue was created. I don't know though.
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.
Enjoy your evening,
Rob
