Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer

Hello everyone.

In the quickbooks online Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer report,

how does one remove estimates that have been invoiced for the full 100%?

There are so many issues after migrating from quickbooks desktop.

The estimates are closed, the invoices paid in full, and yet the

fully completed jobs keep showing up on the report.

Thank you!

While removing estimates that are invoiced for the full 100% in the mentioned report isn't available, you can export it to Excel to filter it, Rochelle.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search the report and open it.
  3. Click the export icon.
  4. Select Export to Excel.

I understand how convenient it is to have this option. I recommend sending feedback to our product developer team. Your suggestion helps us improve the experience for everyone.

If you'd like to customize other reports, you can save them for easy future access.

You can always revisit this thread if you have any follow-up questions.

Thanks, that's a great idea, but there are over 500 customers

whom have been migrated from desktop and not yet been fully invoiced.

That means, every week, for ever & ever, it would be exporting

to excel and dealing with hundreds of closed estimates.

Sigh.
