Let me provide details and help you send your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @theworthybaker.
Error 10601 occurs when your QuickBooks Online account is inactive or a cache issue due to outdated data stored in your browser. Let's ensure your QBO account is active and check your account status by going to Subscription and Billing. Refer to the steps below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as Primary Admin.
- Select the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and Billing.
- Check the status if it's inactive, select Re-subscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and click Subscribe.
If your account is active, let's perform basic troubleshooting for potential browser issues by opening your QBO account in an incognito or private window. Sometimes, corrupted cache and cookies can cause problems accessing websites or opening files.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache to refresh the system. This can be done in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will help eliminate the stored data and cookies causing the issues, enabling smoother functionality.
