Existing customers are not showing up on the mobile app on my phone but they show up on my computer. How do I correct this?

We can refresh your app data to check if you can see your existing customers. Here's how:

 

For Android device:

 

  1. Go to the More Options.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Refresh Data and select Yes.

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Menu and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Look for Refresh Data, then tap Refresh.

Once done, sign back into your account to verify if you can already see the missing customers. If you still can't see them, you may consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

That should do it. The following steps above should let you achieve your goal today.
