Expense not working on android but working on iPhone with?

I'm here to ensure that Expense categories will show up in your app, @kamranford-thehi.

 

It's possible that the app needs an update to keep up with your device's compatibility. Aside from that, the app stores cache files can sometimes cause an unusual response to the system. To fix this, let's clear the app's cache first by following these steps:

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
    • Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings, then select Refresh Data. Then, tap Yes.
       
  • In your device Settings:
    • Android: From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device), choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.

 

If the issue persists, you'll want to uninstall and update your device first if needed and then reinstall the app to refresh the system. While doing this, you can choose and enter your expense categories through a browser or your iPhone.

Thanks for updating us on this. I'm happy to know that the steps provided by my colleague resolved your problem.

 

For your other question, QuickBooks doesn't offer any grants for small businesses. We only offer a service called QuickBooks Capital. It is presented by Intuit Financing, Inc. and provides business loans to eligible QuickBooks customers.

 

However, you need to meet these requirements to be eligible for this program:

 

  • A clear picture of your business in QuickBooks
  • Personal and business credit history
  • Primary business bank accounts connected through QuickBooks
  • Revenue of at least $50,000 over the past 12 months
