Export sales orders in QBO

QB Online doesn't have the Sales Order feature. Consider having an inventory management app with such feature and warehouse management feature to integrate with your QBO account.

Can you advice me on such a app?

We need to;

- Create Sales Order

- Create Invoice (when order is confirmed by customer)

- Receive Payment on invoice

- Send sales order to 3th party warehouse

As they use their own system, the most easy way is to send it as a XLS file. Other option could be a API connect to their warehouse system.

What do you mean with "3rd party warehouse"? The app has the multi warehouses feature. You may utilize the consignment feature if required.
