exporting reports to excel is resulting in reports with all zeros

You need to click the Enable Editing in your Excel to ensure you can view the correct amounts, bjpcpa1.

When you export reports from QuickBooks Online to Excel and it opens in a Protected View, they may display only zeroes. Protected View is a security setting in Excel designed to safeguard your system from potentially harmful files by limiting functionality. To learn more, please visit this article: What is Protected View?

To view the correct data, click the Enable Editing button at the top of the Excel window to allow the data to display properly.
