Buy nowI am using QB's Premier Plus Edition Desktop and I am trying to export the "Notes" section from the Items & Services tab. Does anyone know how to do this. There is nothing I can find in the help or support sections
Currently, exporting Notes from QuickBooks Premier Plus Edition Desktop is not supported. I am here to assist you in resolving this concern, and let us collaborate to have an effective solution.
However, you can export reports, general journal entries, and lists of customers and vendors. As a workaround, you can manually print out item notes in QuickBooks Desktop. I will be happy to guide you through the process.

I have over 400 notes that I need to export along with all of my Items & Services so printing individual notes does not help. Is there a way to do a data dump of all fields under the Items & Services?
