You have the option to customize your P&L report and select only the bank account you want to show in the statement. If the report still shows two accounts, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

Here's how:
- Choose File, then select Utilities.
- Click Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows. If you see Your data has failed the integrity check, you need to rebuild your file.
- To proceed in rebuilding your data, choose File, then select Utilities.
- Click Rebuild Data, then select OK to close all windows.
- QuickBooks will ask to make a backup before rebuilding your company file, select OK.
- Once the rebuild's finished, click OK.
Otherwise, you can export your P&L report to an Excel file. From there, you can manipulate the data to remove the bank accounts you don't want to show in the statement.
