I am trying to determine how to do daily financial exchanges for end of day Restaurant/Bar sales transaction activity (product items, quantity, rate, taxable, method of payment-cash, credit card) from AccuPOS to QB Desktop. Also, where is the data reflected in QB so the resulting data exchange posts correctly to the G/L.
If anyone has any information, examples or advice they could share that would be great.

Welcome to the Community. Let me share some information about syncing data from AccuPOS to QuickBooks.
The way your data shows in the system will depend on how the third-party application syncs the information. Usually, POS systems connect to the QuickBooks inventory list and customer information. For more information, you can check out the AccuPOS website.
If you need help with the integration, I recommend contacting the AccuPOS Support Team. One of them will be able to further assist you with exchanging financial data.

Thanks for the response. AccuPOS wouldn't answer my questions because the client I am assisting does not have a service agreement with them. That is why I was hoping someone in the Community could help.
