We’ll need to filter the dates to include the entries. Here’s how:
- Go to the Company menu and select Make General Journal Entries.
- In the Find window, click on the Advanced tab.
- Change the filter to Transaction Type.
- Under Transaction Type, select Journal.
- Set the Date filter to capture your search range (for example, if you’re looking for a JE created on 12/31/2024, set the date range accordingly).
- Click on Find. This will display a list of journal entries matching your criteria. You can double-click any journal entry to open and review it.
