For Invoices>Time section: I have an invoice correction, but time entry rows have BILLED status. I can't re-send the corrected invoice. How to change time entry status?

How do I change the rows in time entries from "Billed" back so I can re-send the corrected invoice?

Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community, @ersika-nograd-gm. Let me provide you some details on your concern. 
 

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), the option to change time is unavailable. You'll need to delete and recreate it. I also suggest sending feedback to our product developers for this feature in QBSE to help improve your experience. 
 

Here's how:
 

  1. In your QBSE account, click the Time menu.
  2. From the Time entry list, select Delete from the drop-down beside Edit.
  3. Then, create a new time entry by adding a new client.
  4. Fill out the necessary information.
  5. Click Start.
  6. Once the time ends, click Stop and save.


To send feedback, follow the steps below:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, click Next to submit feedback.
     

You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
