For non- profit, how do I create and email donor 2021 summaries?

Allow me to share some information about donor summaries and guide you on what to do, 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides you with several reports that you can choose from. You'll want to run the Sales by Customer Detail so you'll be able to get a year-end donor statement. To do this, follow the steps below: 

1. Click Reports on the left panel.
2. Type Sales by Customer Detail on the search box.
3. On the Report period, click the drop-down arrow and select Last year to show for the year 2021.
4. Click the Customize button in the upper right-hand corner.
5. Maximize the Rows/Columns section, and then click the Change columns link.
6. Check the box for Customers.
7. Click Run report.

Then, click the email icon to email your donors. I've attached a screenshot for your guide:
