This is occurring for me as well. For multiple clients. It seems this is a wide issue. Without having to spend a ton of time on hold can there be a universal fix? Or a discount for all Oregon Payroll folks?
I am having a really frustrating experience following the directions above to report the issue. It is wasting a bunch of time and not solving the issue. I am trying to be patient but this is 2 quarters in a row for multiple clients/
They still don't have a solution, I was told to go off the reports in QB and not use what QB shows with the OQ. They are hoping to have a fix but Q3. I would call in and give them the case INV-90255 so they have more data on users with this issue. Good luck!
They don't have a current solution to this issue. I was told to use the data from QB reports and not the data from QB OQ form. I would call in and give them the case INV-90255 so they have more data from users with this issue. They are hoping to have a resolution for this by Q3 but they couldn't say for sure. Good luck!
I am sharing CAUTIOUSLY but optimistically.... As I have previously posted my shared experience with the 1Qtr OQ reports, I have been closely monitoring this issue and saw that as recently as yesterday it was still unresolved. Today, after running two payroll updates, one indicating that a new update had been included on the Oregon Form OQ Tax Report, I ran my 2Qtr OQ/132 and everything appears to be correct. All employees are listed and only once, all amounts agree and match my anticipated liability payments. I make no promises but if you haven't attempted it today, it might be worth running the payroll updates a couple of times and then try creating your 2Qtr OQ and 132. (Curiously enough, I also tried re-running my 1Qtr OQ/132 reports to see if they now ran correctly and those same errors still existed!)
I have this EXACT same issue, it is 7/26/23, after spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with a QB Tech support person they tell me they will have it resolved within 5 days, looks like we are weeks past that projection and still no resolution.
I am getting the same issues. I didnt realize that the Q4 report from 2022 was also wrong. I am still working with the state to fix those issues.
Back in early July when I spent a couple of hours on the phone screen-sharing with a tech, I was given a case number and told I would be emailed when there was a resolution to this issue. As of today, I have not received any word of an update on the progress. I was told the developer would be working on this and it would be "escalated". With another quarter-end upcoming...I'm wondering if this has been resolved?! Has anyone heard anything?
I have not heard anything either. I am hoping by the time I do my quarterly reports it will be fixed, or I will be an unhappy customer.

Well I have a completely different problem! Everything was fine until Q4 of 2023. they did not file any of my Oregon Quarterly's. They sent me a letter stating I need to file it myself. I pay for them to file my taxes and pay. 30 year customer. On the phone for about 20 hours over the last month. Nothing resolved. When I go to file them myself QuickBooks says I cant because I have assisted payroll and they file them. Talked to Oregon state and they said QuickBooks is filing most Oregon quarterlies wrong. For me they are selecting me as a small employer for the Paid Family Leave which is wrong. I was considered a large employer in 2023. No one in support can help. Accountant cant get them filed and I am now late for filing. QuickBooks does not care and has no plan to fix the error after 60 days now. I paid for them to file, they file wrong and Oregon rejects it and I can't do it on my own because QuickBooks will not let me. Please do not subscribe to QuickBooks payroll. They don't know what they are doing after 30 years of doing it perfectly. Use someone else or beware.
