With that in mind, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) support team. They can further look into the root cause of the issue with the Shipping To section disappearing after a few seconds of being opened.
Once they find the reason for the issue, they can provide you with the exact steps to troubleshoot and resolve it. Here's how:
- Hover your mouse over the Question mark (?) icon on the upper right corner, near the initial of your company name.

- Select the Search option and click the Contact Us tab below.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and tap Continue.
- Choose whether you want Chat, Appointment (Schedule appointment), or Callback (Have us call you).

• Monday to Friday - 6 AM to 7 PM PT
• Saturday and Sunday - 6 AM to 3 PM PT
