Has anyone been referred to eBetter Books for resolving issues? I'm afraid I may have been scammed by a customer service rep.

What kind of issue you have been referred to them? Support may refer you to a 3rd  party service regarding your specific issue. Make sure to check their reputation in the community for reference.
