Hello there, irvroman1283,
When you delete your bank connection, it will delete all the transactions. It might be that the transactions you see right now when you reconnected fall to the last 90 days of past transactions. That's usually the farthest bank transaction the banks can download when connected.
I recommend importing the old bank transactions using a CSV file. Here's how:
When you're ready to import, open QuickBooks Self-Employed on a laptop or computer instead of the mobile app.
Don't forget to review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts.
I'll be right here if you have additional questions about bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Hi irvroman1283,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the bank transactions you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
This happened to me. Is there a way to get back all my logged transactions? Or do I have to do it all again?
