Hello, I'm trying to auto-populate a rate on an invoice. Am I able to do this?

If you're referring to the item rates, it'll only automatically show on an invoice if you enter them on the item profile. You can go to the Products and Services section of QuickBooks Online to edit the details you need.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
2. Go to the Products and Services.
3. Search for the item.
4. Click Edit.
5. Below Sales price/rate, enter an amount.
