Welcome to the Community, @ofern.

I can share some information about the imported transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, an option or ability to batch delete or undo transactions coming from a third-party app is unavailable. You'll need to remove these expenses manually from the transaction list.

In case you need the steps, here's how:

  1. Click Expenses from the left panel.
  2. Search for the transaction.
  3. Press the View/Edit drop-down below the Action column.
  4. Hit Delete

I appreciate your input on this feature. Please know that we always update the features in QuickBooks Online, and this preference might be available in the future.

As we assess this, please visit our QuickBooks Blog to stay updated with all the changes that are being made.

I've also attached an article about managing expenses, like how to enter, edit, or delete them in QuickBooks: Enter, edit, or delete expenses in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.

Thanks for the quick response.

as this messed up our books and it will take hours to delete it one by one, can you please check if there's a way that you can do this for us in bulk?

Thanks

Good Morning, @ofern

Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. I see how time-consuming and can take you away from running your business. However, there isn't a way to delete multiple expenses at once. The reason is to make sure that you double-check the transaction and not delete something important. I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this as a feature in one of the upcoming updates for QuickBooks Online. They take the time to review every customer's request that's sent to them. Here's an article that can give more information about expenses:
