Let me help with your question about changing email address, marinasveta2020-.

 

The email that you can set up in the company information screen is your customer-facing email. Meaning, this is the email where they can contact or reply to you. Let's go to your invoice template to make sure that the correct email is shown in your invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom forms styles.
  2. Look for the template that you're using and click the Edit link under the Action column.
  3. Proceed to the Content tab, then click the header par t of the invoice template.
  4. Make sure the email address is correct in the Email field. 
  5. Click Done.

 

Please know that sales transactions are still sent transactions using quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. Although, QBO has an integration with Gmail where you can send invoices using your Gmail account. Check out these articles for more details:
