Hi I would like to know if I can send invoices thru text massages

You can copy the link of your invoice and send it via SMS to your customer so they can view their invoice from there. I'd be glad to walk through the steps.

1. Go to the + New menu.
2. Select Invoice.
3. From the Customer drop-down menu, select a customer. 
4. Enter the necessary information.
5. When you're done, select the Save and share link from the drop-down arrow.
6. Click the Copy link button, then paste and send it via SMS or any other messaging platform. 

Alternatively, you can go to the Apps menu or visit our QuickBooks App Center. There, you can find a third-party app that lets you directly send invoices to your customers using text messages or SMS.
