Horrible customer service

My payment has been floating in your system since 8/8/2020 and I cannot get through to a human for any information to the issue. The chat humans refuse to give a supervisor and This is a $5000 payment  Reporting to the Dept of banking and finance and the better business bureau. You can’t hold peoples money with no explanation. Canceling this horrible service!
