Please note that the feature to directly upload a CSV file that includes purchase costs is only available in the Plus and Advanced versions of QBO. If you are currently using the Simple Start or Essentials version, we recommend importing your file via Google Sheets if available. Alternatively, consider upgrading to a higher version to take advantage of the direct upload feature and other advanced functionalities.
