How can i break down the expenses to monthly?

I'm glad to share insights with you and make sure you'll be able to get breakdowns by expenses monthly.

When you create an expense transaction every month, QuickBooks Online can report expenses by month.

You can run either Profit & Loss by Month report or Expenses by Vendor Summary.

Here's how you can run Profit & Loss report:

1. From the left menu, choose Reports.
2. Select Profit & Loss by Month report.
3. You should now see the expenses by month.
   
4. Hit Run Report.
