How can I cancel and get a refund, I never used the service and am continually billed?

To cancel your QuickBooks subscription, you can follow the steps below:

 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.

2. Select the Gear icon.

3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.

 

Then, you can request a refund for your QuickBooks Self-Employed account by reaching our Customer Support Team. Here's the link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
